Tender description

The department of Psychology requires a state-of-the-art fNIRS device with a proved research record in monitoring functional activation in adults. The instrument needs to be comprised by high-quality materials and should be operated by non-expert personnel. This purchase is a long term investment and it is important that there is support from the company in particularly in analysis of the data; companies with dedicated staff in data analysis and software improvements will be desirable, as fully described in Schedule 3 of this tender. The budget for this tender is 190 000 GBP. Suppliers that provide tender responses above this budget limited will have their offers rejected.
