Tender description

Scottish Water service requirements for occupational health services include (but not limited to): — Local coverage for occupational health services throughout Scotland; — Attendance management; — Medical advisory service, telephone and face to face support; — Pre-employment screening and assessment; — Health surveillance — Confined Space Medicals, HAVs, Noise Induced hearing loss; — HGV medical screening and DVLA D4 medicals; — Case management for long term sickness; — Ill health retiral; — Health Awareness campaigns/ targeted medical screening; — Well-being days; — Flu vaccinations; — Support on return to work with Lost Time Accidents; — Employee assistance programme (EAP); — Executive medical checks; — Team based delivery model. Scottish Water requires a suitable service provider to provide a cost-effective solution that meets all Scottish Water service requirements for the provision of occupational health services. The contract will be awarded for a period of up to 8 years. The duration of the initial contract term and extension options will be determined at the tender/contract award stage. Scottish Water service requirements for occupational health services as listed in the short description Section II.1.4) SW may have additional requirements in relation to occupational health services during the contract period that would fall under the scope of this contract.
