Tender description
The London Borough of Bromley (‘the Council’) is inviting tenders for the provision of high quality Tenancy Support Services for people living in their own accommodation and ex-offenders resident in supported accommodation. The contract will run for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a period of up to 1 year. The aim of the service is to ensure that vulnerable people are protected and enabled to live independently through the provision of quality support services. The Council estimates this procurement opportunity based on best market valuation has an annual value of approximately 200 000 GBP, please note this figure is indicative only. In order to be considered for this opportunity, tenderers must have a minimum yearly turnover of at least 380 000 GBP.
