Tender description
Worcestershire County Council (WCC) is recommissioning a range of advocacy services to meet both statutory and non-statutory need. This overarching service specification covers all 4 services within this contract. This includes: 1. Crisis, Issues, Care Act and Complaints Independent Advocacy (CICACA), 2. Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA), 3. Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) including DoLS, and 4. Appropriate Adult Service (AA). This is distinct from the advocacy services, but has advocacy related role within it.
