Tender description

The Contracting Authority wishes to establish a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of graphic design and related services. The aim of the framework is to supply the Contracting Authority with graphic design services for multiple media purposes. The Contracting Authority's requirements are outlined as follows: Lot 1: Graphic Design for Advertising and Digital Campaigns; Lot 2: Graphic Design for Marketing Collateral, Publications and PC-based office products; Lot 3: Graphic Design for Exhibition and Office Branding. The Contracting Authority will require full ownership of all copyright and intellectual property rights associated with all novel graphic design work produced by framework members. Graphic Design for Advertising and Digital Campaigns to include: — Newspaper and magazine adverts; — Pop-ups supplied as .mpu, .mov, jpeg; — Web banners — flash interactive and gif; — Short flash and .mov animations; — Jpeg adverts; — Ezines, infographics and finished artwork services. Graphic Design for Marketing Collateral, Publications, and PC based Office Products to include: — Info-graphics, folders, flyers, leaflets, invitations; — Annual Reports, brochures; — Ezines, bespoke PowerPoint slide presentations, bespoke forms and finished artwork services. Graphic Design for Exhibition and Office Branding to include: — Exhibition backdrops, pop-ups, pull-ups, bespoke panels, podiums; — Office posters, offset printable graphics and general signage for all Enterprise Ireland locations and finished artwork services.
