Tender description

The Care Quality Commission is looking to run 2 separate procurements for the following requirements: 1. Enterprise Content Management (ECM); 2. Enterprise Architecture Tool. This Prior Information Notice is to advertise a Supplier Engagement Session which will provide suppliers with a forum to understand more about the high level requirements, how this fits into CQC's over-arching strategy and to ask questions. Additionally, the session will allow CQC to seek feedback to inform the requirements and route-to-market of any subsequent procurements. There will be a 2nd, follow-up session for each of the 2 requirements occurring approximately 2 weeks after the 1st session. The separate requirements are as follows: Enterprise Content Management: Whilst it is understood that this is a broad suite of components that can be implemented in a number of ways, the main capability CQC aims to support is the Operational teams generating Inspection Report content. As such the key functionality we believe we are interested in is the Authoring and Publishing of content. This currently is felt as an operational capability gap, though there are currently solutions in place that provide basic elements in support of Operations. Next requirement continued in II.2.14)
