Tender description

Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) Framework for provision of Electrical Repairs, Rewires & Periodic Testing on all identified electronic installations. During the life of the framework, Contractors may also be requested to undertake one off projects such as communal lighting upgrades, large scale carbon monoxide/smoke alarm upgrades and LED installations. Contractors will be expected to provide the services through this framework across a spectrum of different building types e.g. domestic properties, commercial properties such as offices, schools and sheltered schemes and any other building owned and/or managed by our membership. EEM members are predominantly within the East Midlands but not exclusively so and may have requirements in other parts of England and Wales. A full list of current EEM members is provided in at www.efficiency-em.co.uk This Lot covers the full provision of electrical services detailed in the tender documents within the Nottinghamshire region (NUTS code UKF14, UKF15 and UKF16) however where willing and able the successful providers may be called to cover Lots 2 (Derbyshire), Lot 3 (Lincolnshire), Lot 4 (Leicestershire). A full description of the lotting Strategy adopted by EEM is explained in the procurement documents. This Lot covers the full provision of electrical services detailed in the tender documents within the Derbyshire region (NUTS code UKF11, UKF12 and UKF13) however the successful providers may be called to cover Lots 1 (Nottinghamshire), Lot 3 (Lincolnshire) and Lot 4 (Leicestershire). A full description of the lotting strategy adopted by EEM is explained in the procurement documents. This Lot covers the full provision of electrical services detailed in the tender documents within the Lincolnshire region (NUTS code UKF3) however the successful providers may be called to cover Lots 1 (Nottinghamshire), Lot 2 (Derbyshire), Lot 4 (Leicestershire) and Lot 5 (Northamptonshire). A full description of the lotting strategy adopted by EEM is explained in the procurement documents. This Lot covers the full provision of electrical services detailed in the tender documents within the Leicestershire region (NUTS code UKF21 and UKF22) however the successful providers may be called to cover Lots 1 (Nottinghamshire), Lot 2 (Derbyshire) and Lot 5 (Northamptonshire). This Lot covers the full provision of electrical services detailed in the tender documents within the Northamptonshire region (NUTS code UKF23) however the successful providers may be called to cover Lots 3 (Lincolnshire) and Lot 4 (Leicestershire). This Lot covers the full provision of electrical services detailed in the tender documents within the Greater London region (NUTS code UK13, UK14, UK15, UK16 and UK17) however where willing and able the successful providers may be called to cover other areas of England and Wales.
