Tender description
Nottingham City Council is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified providers for the provision of a Health and Employment Support Service in Nottingham. This early intervention service will provide an individual case managed approach between health-related services, welfare and employment support for people registered with a Nottingham City GP. The service will respond to an individual’s needs at the earliest opportunity in order to prevent mental and physical health problems occurring and exacerbating.
