This electronic Invitation to Tender (e-ITT) is issued by Eastleigh Borough Council (the ‘Council’). The Council has a requirement for the following; To provide design, supply, installation and maintenance of Festive lighting for Eastleigh town centre. (the “Services”) To reimagine the festive lights for Eastleigh town centre and use creatively themed lighting to improve the ambience of a town; to define and link spaces and routes, enhance town centre events and add wonder and delight. The scope, service specification, frequency requirements and definition brief for the service are detailed in the Specification - Appendix B. The Contract terms and conditions set out in Appendix A encompass all aspects of the Council's and supplier's obligations in respect of the service provision. Keywords: Lighting, Street, Festive
