Tender description

The Authority wishes to procure a Service Provider to carry out facilities Management services to the buildings and grounds on the Carlow Campus at Institute of Technology Carlow. The Carlow Campus is situated on 27 acres and consists of 15 buildings with a floor area of circa 40 000 m². The service provider will provide a portering and cleaning service to all the buildings and grounds including car parks, sports pitches, external seating in the sports stands and recreational space.
