Tender description
This tender is for the supply of Catering, Hospitality and Vending Services required across all BCU sites. The Tender has been split into 2 lots as follows: Lot 1 — Core catering: All catering outlets and hospitality. Lot 2 — Vending. This contract was tendered under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Light Touch Regime (previously Part B), therefore the tender procedure shall be subject to bespoke design and time-scales accordingly. Only 2 PQQ responses were received from specialist vending companies in relation to Lot 2, therefore following discussion and evaluation, a decision was taken not to proceed with an award process for Lot 2 vending and include this service within Lot 1.
