Tender description
Candidates are advised to read this section in conjunction with the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire Documentation and the Architect's Design Competition Documentation which is available at: http://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing Runnymede Borough Council (RBC) invites submissions for an Architect's Design Competition to design and build a new block of flats for student accommodation. The objective is to obtain 1 Candidate who may be selected by RBC following an appraisal of their RIBA Stage 2 Design and Qualitative Delivery Proposal by the Assessment Panel. The successful Candidate may be novated to the Main Contractor to undertake the Planning objectives and to assist the Main Contractor in finalising their Packages of Work.
