The Provision of Bulk Printing Parking Services

Tender description

The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge (?the Authority?) invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the Contract for the Provision of Bulk Printing Parking Services in the London Borough of Redbridge (?the Contract?). The Contract will commence on 1st April 2016 and, subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue up to and including 31st March 2017 (the ?Contract Period?). At the sole discretion of the Authority the Contract Period may be extended in such period or periods as the Authority deems appropriate up to a maximum of one (1) year, providing a possible total Contract Period to midnight on 31st March 2018. The Authority?s Parking Enforcement Service issues in excess of one hundred thousand (100,000) penalty charge notices each year. This process requires the timely printing and production of a range of statutory documents and letters. The Contract requires the appointed contractor to design, print, personalise, fold, insert and mail the statutory documents using data created by the Authority?s Civica CE Parking System in accordance with the Authority?s requirements as detailed more fully in the Specification. The Contract shall also require the appointed contractor to use a system that is compatible with the Civica CE Parking System.
