The Council is seeking providers who will work in and among communities in the area covered by the Council to deliver services, which compliment the Confident and Achieving Manchester Programme. The programme is a way of working with people who most need help, focussing on building relationships with a whole family. The approach ensures a properly co-ordinated response by one family lead worker across agencies providing services in the right order and empowering others to take control of their lives.
