This PIN is to alert the market that Thrive Homes (‘Thrive’) intends to let a contract for the provision of temporary agency staff for technical, administration and management roles. These roles are currently delivered through a small number of contracting arrangements and Thrive is considering their consolidation. In view of this Thrive wishes to seek the market's opinion on various issues and is hosting a Temporary Agency Staff Supplier Event on 23.2.2016 between 14:00 and 16:00. The event will be held at their Head Office in Watford, Hertfordshire. Market opinion is required on the following: — An appropriate lotting strategy; — The make up of supplier pricing; — Making the commercial arrangement attractive enough to ensure competition.
