Tender description
North East Lincolnshire Council is undertaking preliminary market consultation (PMC) to help it determine the best way to deliver its statutory duty of seizing and detaining dogs believed to be strays within the borough. Please see PMC document for further information which is available from www.yortender.co.uk using the reference number A5XA-3WY0YX. The purpose of this PMC is to consult the market in preparation for possible future procurement, it is not a call for competition and may/may not lead to a procurement.
