Tender description
The contract is for the research and development of a profile of the borough that predicts the growth and changes in the population and related needs over the next ten years. The research outputs should provide an evidence-based view about the future characteristics of the borough and include analysis that describes the cumulative impact of these changes. The research outputs will be used to support the council to identify how services need to evolve to remain fit for purpose in the future and to explore options for managing future demand particularly significant in the context of ongoing cuts to public services.
