Tender description

Media Monitoring (Printed) The service will consist of providing participating departments with media monitoring output in published form, and making relevant articles available on the corresponding Departments' area of the service provider's portal or other acceptable format. Media Evaluation (Printed) The provision of an evaluation system that allows individual Departments to analyse media coverage across for example key Departmental themes/topics, media outlets, the value and tone of media coverage. The system should allow detailed analysis of media coverage achieved across all media outlets/channels, by Minister/ Department/ themes/business areas and enable Depts to produce detailed media evaluation reports by for example volume, AVE, MAVE, audience etc. The system should allow Department's to rank and rate coverage received (eg positive, negative, neutral, prime, significant, passing).
