Tender description

Bradford Metropolitan District Council are looking for a long term fleet partner to help Bradford move from an aged workshop, currently servicing and maintaining c1 800 vehicles/plant equipment, into a modern facility. Bradford Council uses its internal Fleet Workshop (FW) to provide key support services for all front line service delivery. FW provides all aspects of fleet management and vehicle maintenance for many diverse and complex vehicles/equipment. FW has contracts with a range of suppliers, including: vehicle parts, bodywork repairs, tyres, etc. FW also carries out annual and random safety inspections on c2 500 Hackney Carriages and Private Hire vehicles PA. As a 1st step the Council is intending to hold a Market Engagement day, planned for 19.2.2016 at the Shearbridge Road address.
