PQ0124 - Preparation and Coordination of a Market Testing Exercise for Alexander Stadium

Birmingham City Council (the Council) wishes to engage a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to coordinate a market testing event (event) to inform the externalisation and procurement route for a provider to develop/develop and operate and manage/operate and manage Alexander Stadium (Stadium). The event should be opened up to all sectors of the market drawing on the experience of the successful provider in order to maximise the potential opportunity for the Council and to provide recommendations as to the most efficient and effective procurement options. This contract will be for a period of seven weeks commencing 11th March 2016 until 29th April 2016. BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this contract providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest and download details.
