Tender description
The service will provide Independent Advocacy for people who have substantial difficulties in being involved in Hampshire County Council Adult Services (HCCAS) processes of accessing information and advice, assessment, care planning and review and safeguarding enquiry or review and who do not have anyone else suitable who could support them to be involved. This will apply to any adult service users, any carer of an adult and any young people in transition to adult services when a child's needs assessment is carried out. All providers need to determine whether it is suitable for them to bid, in light of the Care Act.
