The East of Scotland Procurement Consortium consisting of NHS Borders, NHS Lothian, NHS Forth Valley, NHS Fife, NHS Tayside, NHS Grampian, NHS Highland, NHS Orkney. NHS Shetland and NHS Western Isles is looking to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of Adult Orthotic Footwear. Delivery will be to each individual Health Board.
