Tender description
Provision of a Community Equipment and Installation Service for adults living in East Sussex or registered with an East Sussex GP. East Sussex County Council Adult Social Care and East Sussex Clinical Commissioning Groups (the Commissioning Partnership) are retendering their Community Equipment Service and Installation Service. The service supports the whole systems policy to help more people live independently in the community, reduce acute bed care, facilitating safe and timely discharge and support admission avoidance strategies.
