Management of Multi Asset Mandate

Tender description

Royal Borough of Greenwich is pleased to invite potential investment managers to tender for providing their services in the management of a multi-asset absolute return pooled fund solution. The fund would be expected to include a number of the following asset classes, although it would not be limited to these categories; equities, bonds, currencies, commodities, property and high yield. It is expected that the preferred approach will generate net excess returns over three month Sterling LIBOR by a significant margin (expected to be 3 – 5%), with a volatility of approximately two thirds that of equities. The size of the mandate is anticipated to be approximately £100Million. Only pooled fund solutions will be considered. Hedge Fund of Fund solutions will not be considered. The Royal Borough of Greenwich reserves the right to alter the value of the Funds awarded.
