Longbridge Park and Ride Decking Scheme

Tender description

Centro is seeking initial cost estimates from potential contractors to undertake an expansion scheme to the existing Park & Ride facility at Longbridge, Birmingham, B31 2TW. Initial proposals should be in the form of a single decked solution with the foundations to be future-proofed to allow for potential additional decks to be subsequently added, if required, which would be subject to availability of funding. Please note that at this stage Centro is looking for a realistic cost estimate only and then subject to Centro receiving sufficient funding to implement the scheme, a formal tender is envisaged in Spring 2016 with construction on site to commence in Summer 2016.
