Tender description

Crown Commercial Service has a requirement to deliver a compliant, effective and efficient procurement vehicle to enable UK central Government and Wider Public Sector contracting bodies to access eDisclosure and associated services. The Services required are based upon the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and requirements of Part 31 of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR). The procurement vehicle will take the form of a multi Lot structure: Lot 1: Will encompass exercises with respect to small volumes of data not protectively marked beyond ‘Official’. Services will be limited to processing, review, production and opponent's disclosures (processing and review). Lot 2: Will encompass the provision of a full ‘end to end’ EDRM service, including project management and advice, where the data is not protectively marked beyond ‘Official’. Lot 3: Will encompass individual work-stream packages where suppliers will be appointed to individual sub-lots for each of the EDRM stages, including project management and advice. Data will not be protectively marked beyond ‘Official’. Lot 4: Will encompass the provision of a full ‘end to end’ EDRM service, including project management and advice, where the data is protectively marked at ‘Official’ and/or Secret. We envisage the procurement vehicle will be a multi supplier award, with an anticipated award date in May 2016. Suitable suppliers are defined as those having the capacity and capability to provide all or at least one of the services detailed in this section (ll.3)).
