Tender description

The objectives of the Tender are to seek improvement from the clinical and commercial outcomes from plastic and breast surgery activity, through collaborative clinical, procurement and supplier working. The Trust is looking for recommendations on product selection to rationalise ranges, whilst still maintaining clinical outcomes and patient pathways with sustained cost improvements. Please note this Clinical Specification is not an exhaustive list of product requirements: — Gel filled implants, round and textured — 80ml-600ml; — Cohesive gel filled (silicone) anatomical implants, textured 190ml-630ml; — Expanding breast prostheses, round, with silicone outer shell, textured 150ml-700ml; — Expanding breast prostheses, anatomical, with silicone outer shell, textured 150ml-700ml; — Expanding breast prostheses, croissant shape 50cc-500cc; — Breast Sizers 80cc-485cc; — Tissue expanders 50cc-650cc.
