Fire Safety Services

Tender description

The Fire Safety Services tender will comprise of 3 lots each offering fire safety services to the University of Manchester throughout the campus. An integrated electronic management system (GRATiK ) is used to monitor fire safety services across the campus. Lot 1 - to include • Fire Risk Assessments (FRA’s) • Fire Audits • Produce Emergency Fire Information Reports (per building) Lot 2 – to include • Fire Advisors Lot 3 – to include • Fire Engineers There may be opportunities for additional works which fall outside the contract and the appointed contractor / contractors could be asked to provide a competitive quotation using the company’s commercial rates. The contract is for a three year period with the possibility of two one year extensions.
