Tender description

Glasgow Life invites tender bids for the maintenance, repair and call out service for automatic doors and roller shutter systems throughout their property portfolio. The contract is expected to run for 3 years, commencing April 2016 and ending on March 2019. Glasgow Life will have an option to extend the contract for a period of up to 1 further year + a further 1 year which will be exercised by Glasgow Life serving notice on the Applicant in accordance with Glasgow Life's Terms and Conditions.
