External expertise to support the delivery of the vulnerability focus report

Tender description

Ofwat requires specialist external expertise to support the delivery of our upcoming Focus Report on Vulnerable Customers. The Focus Report on vulnerable customers will aim to broaden understanding and stimulate interest and debate around vulnerability. It will enable Ofwat to create a framework that encourages and enables companies to better identify and support vulnerable customers. It will help those working in the sector to better identify their vulnerable customers, enabling companies to target the appropriate package of support to those who need it. Finally, the report should also provide practical help and resources to firms in developing, implementing and shaping their vulnerability policies and strategy.
