This is a Council-owned site of approximately 8.7ha/21.5 acres gross, located at the edge of Bury Town Centre. It provides opportunity for an office/industrial development in an excellent location only 5 minutes walk from the heart of Bury town centre but in an attractive semi-rural setting, along the bank of the River Irwell. The site is well placed for access to the main road network and public transport. This site is owned by Bury Council and is being sold on a long leasehold basis, using a phase by phase approach.
