Contract for management services for Dublin Chinese New Years Festival (DCNYF) 2016

Tender description

Dublin City Council proposes to award a Contract for Management Services for Dublin Chinese New Year Festival (DCNYF) 2016 for a period of 6 months from September 2015 to March 2016. It is intended to retain the services (subject to satisfactory delivery of the 2016 Festival) for the 2017 and 2018 festivals at the sole discretion of Dublin City Council. The successful tenderer will work with Dublin City Council to deliver DCNYF 2016. They will be advised by a Steering Group drawn from the Chinese Community in Dublin, The Chinese Embassy and the Irish/Chinese Cultural Community. The successful tenderer will be responsible for successful delivery of the DCNYF within the required timeframe and budgetary constraints. The successful tenderer must have the ability to understand the budgetary constraints of an established Festival in the current economic climate while building on the strong partnerships and collaboration to date. The successful tenderer will work closely with Dublin City Council, DCNYF Steering Group and the contracted PR and Design teams.
