EXETER CITY COUNCIL Consultancy Services to Manage Health and Safety External Works Exeter City Council’s Housing Assets department is currently carrying out Health and Safety inspections on all its external assets i.e. Walls, footpaths and communal areas that they are responsible for. Expressions of interest are sought from Building Surveyors, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineering Consultancies and the like; to carry out and have experience in the design, specification, consultation with planning and other agencies, contract preparation and management of this type of work. ECC have identified a budget of £1.8m for works to retaining walls/footpaths/fencing and other external assets, not all of which have been fully identified. The Works must to be completed by 31 March 2017.
