Tender description

Arklet Housing Association is seeking a catering provider to operate the Barrland Court Sheltered Housing Meals Service. The service provider will be required to provide a Supervised Kosher Catering service to 25 tenants, freshly prepared on-site 7 days per week 365 days per year. A fully compliant Kosher kitchen maintained and serviced by Arklet including gas and electricity is provided. The service provider is responsible for supervision costs, all waste management and cleaning of the kitchen, dining and afternoon tea areas on a daily basis. The provider will be required to register with the Local Authority Environmental Health Department as a food provider.
