Tender description
Lot 1: Mental Health – casework will be provided for people whom it is judged by the assessor to have mental health needs that may affect their ability to effectively take part in their assessment and other processes, or who have a diagnosed mental health condition. In cases where both mental and physical health needs are identified, it will be for the assessor to determine which service can best support the person. Lot 2: Learning Disabilities - casework will be provided for people whom it is judged by the assessor to have a learning disability or disabilities that may affect their ability to effectively take part in their assessment and other processes, or who have a diagnosis. In cases where further needs are identified, it will be for the assessor to determine which service can best support the person. Lot 3: Older People - casework will be provided for people aged over 50 with needs that may affect their ability to effectively take part in their assessment and other processes. In cases where further needs are identified, it will be for the assessor to determine which service can best support the person.
