Tender description
The University is seeking to appoint an Architect Led Design Team for an Integrated Student Centre (ISC). The overall aim of this project is the delivery of an integrated hub for student-facing services, which will bring together the full range of support, advice, representational, developmental and commercial services. The Architect acting as the Integrated Design Team Lead will develop the design brief and Integrated Student Centre design in accordance with the RIBA Plan of Work 2013. The project will redevelop the existing Students' Union site to provide a new purpose built Integrated Student Centre which addresses the identified accommodation needs, providing a stimulating and engaging environment for the undergraduate and postgraduate student population.
