Tender description
Cumbria County Council is inviting tenders for the routine grounds maintenance of all corporate sites Countywide. The proposed strategy for grounds maintenance for all corporate sites is to procure these on the basis of 6 geographical areas Carlisle, Eden, Allerdale, Copeland, Barrow and South Lakeland. Sites in scope include Offices, Libraries, Care Homes, Day Centres, and Fire Stations At present there are around 162 sites within this Tender however this number will reduce over the next four years as the Council implements a programme of consolidation of Assets. The Council proposes to enter into the Contract(s) for a maximum period of 1 year plus 1 year option to extend. x 6 Lots Lot 1 Allerdale; Lot 2 Barrow; Lot 3 Carlisle; Lot 4 Copeland; Lot 5 Eden; Lot 6 South lakes.
