Tender description

The contract will provide a software and associated hardware systems to manage the receipt, issue, re-order and reporting of all fuel transactions. The refuelling infrastructure is currently spread across 4 depots within the city managed from our office located at Newington West Depot at Sandyford, Newcastle upon Tyne. It is envisaged the hardware will emulate the current system i.e. fobs for vehicles equipment and a receiver module at each site. We would like a web based software system, however we would be receptive to any other system which can carry out the same or similar role. The contract length is 5 years, starting as soon as possible.
