Whaddon Way Day Centre Whaddon Way Day Centre provides daytime activities for adults with profound learning disabilities and multiple complex physical disabilities. The Centre aims to promote and maintain health and wellbeing while providing appropriate physical and cognitive activities both in the Centre and also in the surrounding community. The Centre caters for 15 – 20 service users and around 14 members of staff. This service is provided Monday to Friday all year round with the exception of Bank Holidays. Project Location Whaddon Way Day Centre 296 Whaddon Way Bletchley Milton Keynes MK3 7JR Refer to Appendix A which shows the GIS Site Location Plan. The works involve: - 1. The replacement of the boiler, water heater and controls located in G52 and G53 and the installation of a sensor in G42. 2. The replacement of the boiler, water heater and controls located in G14 and G15 and the installation of a sensor in G17. 3. The replacement of the electrical heating with a gas fired wet system in G17 and G27.
