Who Speclialist Work With The Web Ops Engineers will work alongside the Project's COTS suppliers' personnel and Cloud Hosting provider's personnel in the successful build and maintenance on a LINUX & Windows-based productions and test environment. The Web Ops Engineers are required to replace temporary resources currently building and supporting production and test platform for the deployment of a COTs product, to deliver business change. What Specialists Work On The Web Ops Engineers will work alongside the Project's COTS suppliers' personnel and Cloud Hosting provider's personnel in the successful build and maintenance on a LINUX & Windows-based productions and test environment. Where the Work Takes Place Leeds City Office Park, Meadow Lane Leeds LS11 5BD Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements Work will be on-site in Leeds One, working to UK working days pattern (Mon- Friday). Leeds One will be the home office. Expenses will only be considered for travel and subsistence outside of the Leeds area. Work Location Leeds City Office Park, Meadow Lane Leeds LS11 5BD Security Clearance Baseline Personnel Security Standard is required for all personnel Additional T&Cs Skills & Experience The WebOps Engineers need to be multidisciplinary experts who have a deep understanding of networks, routing and switching. Plus firewalls, load-balancing, high availability, disaster recovery, TCP & UDP services, NOC management, hardware specifications, Plus Windows, several web server technologies, caching technologies, several databases, storage infrastructure, cryptography, algorithms, trending and capacity planning. Nice to Haves Has worked with DWP before Demonstrable ability to work with COTS suppliers’ personnel in the deployment of a COTS application. Demonstrable ability to work with Cloud Hosting personnel where the platform is hosted, using dedicated kit with RAS access.
