Viability Assessment for Chiltern District Council and South Bucks District Councils

Tender description

The new Local Plan for Chiltern District Council and South Bucks District Councils will require a number of different elements of Viability Assessment Work to be undertaken at key plan stages. This includes the following work areas: Site Viability Infrastructure Viability Affordable Housing Viablity Work Overall Viability of the Local Plan CIL - key issues of introducing/ not introducing a CIL once the planned level of overall growth, infrastructure needs and estimated costs are known. This Brief has been prepared to assist consultants in putting together a tender(s) for these various areas of work. Tenders are sought for one, a combination or all of the five separate work areas. All tenders will be evaluated separately with no penalty if not all areas are bid for.
