TfL 92182 - Provision of Cartographic Services

Tender description

Transport for London (TfL) is considering its approach for the future provision of its Cartographic Service requirements which includes mapping products such as the Tube map (and all its different variations), Bus Spider Maps, Legible London, Cycle Guides plus a selection of other TfL mapping products. An early market engagement survey will be conducted to inform the establishment of a contractual arrangement with several suppliers. There will be a target of six identical lots in the upcoming tender with each lot including all of TfL's cartographic service requirements. Several bidders (who achieve the highest overall score) will each be awarded a single service contract (one lot each) in no particular order. Transport for London (TfL) is considering its approach for the future provision of its Cartographic Service requirements. In order to inform TfL’s decision making process and to ensure the most appropriate approach to delivering the required outcomes are achieved, early market engagement via publication of the Prior Information Notice (PIN) in the Official Journal European Union (OJEU) has been determined as the first stage in this process. The survey must be completed and returned to the above email address by 27 May 2016. Suppliers who return a completed survey by the due date will be invited to meet with TfL to discuss their response. Further details regarding the follow up meeting will be provided in the survey.
