Cork Education and Training Board is a leading education provider in Cork City and County. It has responsibility for a wide range of education and training in Cork, including Primary, Post-Primary, Further Education, Training, Adult and Community Education and Literacy and Numeracy. At this time, we are inviting tenders for the supply of School Books for Maria Immaculata Community College, Dunmanway, Co. Cork. The following should be taken into consideration when submitting the tender. • It will be necessary to supply and deliver books to Maria Immaculata Community College, Dunmanway, Co. Cork on Friday 14th August, 2015. It will also be required for returns to be collected from this location if necessary. By submitting a tender, you agree to adhere to the delivery and returns conditions applicable in this case. • Maria Immaculata Community College may require additional books during the academic year 2015/2016, so the tendered price/discount must remain active for the full academic year. • The successful tender must have a current Tax Clearance Certificate. • Cork Education and Training Board reserves the right not to award this tender. • The Award Criteria for this tender will be based on the best price for supply and delivery of the school books on the attached Pricing Schedule. • The school will issue a Purchase order to the successful tenderer and payment will be issued on foot of an invoice once all books have been delivered. Tenderers should note that cash on delivery payments will not be made. • Tenderers are asked to complete, sign and return the Pricing Schedule and Company Details form. Tenders should be submitted/posted in hard copy marked "Tender for Supply of School Books" to the following address "Maria Immaculata Community College, Dunmanway, Co.
