TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF COMMUNITY EXCHANGE EVENT SERVICES IN NORTH LONDON

Tender description

Tenders are invited for the provision of Community Exchange Event Services in north London as follows: • Give and Take Days (Work Package 1) • Neighbourhood Second Hand Sales (Work Package 2) The successful Contractor or Contractors are expected to support NLWA by delivering the above Work Packages. Tenderers may bid to deliver one or both of the Work Packages and NLWA reserves the right to award both Work Packages to one Contractor or to award the Work Packages to separate Contractors based on the most economically advantageous Tender or Tenders using the evaluation criteria set out in the procurement documents. North London Waste Authority (NLWA) is running an extensive waste prevention programme from 1 April 2016 to 31 March 2018 focusing on reducing local authority collected waste in north London. The 2016/18 programme of activity has recently been agreed and will include intensive activity to reduce three priority waste streams: food, furniture and textiles.
