Tender description

Electricity Supply Board proposes to establish a multi stage qualification system under a negotiated procedure for works contractors for the turnkey (EPC) delivery of electricity HV substations (110kV and above) of various specifications and scopes over an unlimited period. In order to apply for inclusion on the qualification system economic operators must complete and return the questionnaire available at www.etenders.gov.ie (Tender ID: 104740). The 1st procurement contract to be concluded on foot of this qualification system will be that of the delivery of a 220/110 kV GIS Network substation under the FIDIC Conditions of Contract with amendments for EPC/Turnkey Projects. Economic operators who wish to register interest in this 1st procurement contract must also complete (in addition to the aforementioned questionnaire) the specific questionnaire relating to this 1st procurement contract available at www.etenders.gov.ie (Tender ID: 104740).
