School ePayments System

Tender description

Cork and Limerick & Clare Education and Training Boards invite tenders for the provision of a School ePayments System to automate the collection of fees paid by parents to cover incidental students’ costs e.g. School Fees, School books, School Tours, School Materials, Uniforms, Transition Year Expenses, Voluntary Contributions, First Year Booking Deposit, Bus Hire, Summer Camps, Extra- Curricular Activities, Events and Fundraising throughout the school year for Schools/Colleges under the remit of the two ETBs. This public procurement competition relates to the provision of a School ePayments System to Cork and Limerick & Clare ETBs and, at some future date, other ETBs may, if they so choose, use the services available under the awarded contract. The ETBs provide a wide range of educational services throughout their administrative regions. The services range from providing full-time education in Post Primary Schools/colleges, Further Education Colleges, Training Centres, Outdoor Education Centres and Adult Education & Training centres located throughout their administrative regions. Currently, tenders are being invited to provide an ePayments System for both ETBs’ Schools/Colleges. There may be scope to roll this system to our Further Education Centres at a later stage. The closing date for receipt of completed tenders is Monday 15th September, 2014 at 12.00 noon.
