School cleaning services

Tender description

The London Borough of Brent working is seeking suitably qualified and experienced organisations to tender for inclusion on a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Cleaning Services to schools within Brent. The Council is using the e-tendering portal known as London Tenders Portal (https://www.londontenders.org) to conduct this procurement exercise. To gain access to the DPS documents Organisations will need to register their details on https://www.londontenders.org/procontract/supplier.nsf/frm_home?openFor Once registered, organisations will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the DPS documents. The Council will give any organisation the opportunity of joining the DPS by offering full access to the tender documentation via the London Tender Portal System until 6 months to the date when the DPS ceases to operate. Tenders can be uploaded for evaluation at any time throughout the duration of the dynamic purchasing system. Admittance to the dynamic purchasing system will depend on organisations meeting the minimum criteria as stated in the tender documentation by the Council. It is intended that the DPS can be used by any school within the London Borough of Brent for the provision of its cleaning services as and when required.
