Provision and Operation of Children's Funfair Attractions and Associated Services 2016 - 2018

Wigan Council is seeking a reputable operator with a proven track record to provide children’s and family orientated fun fair rides within the park sites detailed below. The applicant must have experience, drive and enthusiasm required to create a lively park environment. The successful contractor must provide the services according to the terms and conditions stated within the Quotation Document. The operator must be able to demonstrate and provide a menu of high quality rides aimed at young children and families. These need to include rides suitable for heritage parks such as Pennington Hall Park, Mesnes Park and Haigh Country Park and shall be determined by the type of park and event. The number of pieces of equipment brought to site is generally 6, however this will be determined by the site and type of event. Inflatables such as bouncy castles, slides and zorbs are included in this contract. The license period is from 17th July 2016 to 15th July 2018. As part of their application companies are asked to indicate the concession fee to be tendered with respect to the provision of the services.
