Tender description
This role of Cost Consultant is required as part of the delivery of a complex, high-quality multi-client project which includes; residential care, a public library and other associated planning class D1 & D2 uses. Outline planning approval has been secured and an architect has been appointed by the client team to develop the design. The roles and responsibilities required to be procured will require the cost consultant to offer a range of professional services throughout the different stages of the Belper project, including: • Cost Consultancy • Project and Contract Management • Employer’s Agent responsibilities
