Printing and delivery services

Tender description

ESB wishes to appoint a service provider(s) to deliver some or all of the following services. — Printing, enveloping and despatching of company bills, letters and forms, — Printing, sealing and issue of payslips, — Supply and Management as required of all related stationery for the above, — Contingency Arrangements, — Print Formatting, — Transition Arrangements, — Sustainable improvements. The contract will be a 3 year contract with the option to extend for a further 4 years, in 2 year extensions by mutual agreement. ESB's preference would be for a sole provider however more than 1 may be appointed.
